Cancellation, Terms & Conditions

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

At THE GLADHAUS CO., we aim to make our subscription process as transparent and simple as possible. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. The 3-Month Commitment

To provide our members with the best possible experience and pricing, our initial subscription requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

  • Billing: You will be billed monthly for three consecutive months starting from your sign-up date.
  • Auto-Renewal: After your initial 3-month term, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at our standard rate until you choose to cancel.

2. How to Cancel

In compliance with FTC "Click-to-Cancel" standards, we make it just as easy to leave as it is to join. You are never required to call us or speak to a representative to cancel.

  • Simple Online Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by logging into your account and visiting : Account Settings.
  • Timing: If you cancel during your initial 3-month commitment, your cancellation will be scheduled for the end of that 90-day period. You will retain full access to all features until your final billing cycle concludes.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email confirmation once your cancellation is processed.

3. State-Specific Rights

  • Nevada Residents: Under NRS 598.885, you have the right to cancel this contract for a full refund within three (3) business days of your initial purchase. To exercise this right, please contact us at [Insert Support Email] or via our online portal.
  • Arizona Residents: Pursuant to Arizona HB 2951, we will send you a renewal reminder email 25 to 40 days before your 3-month term concludes. This email will include your renewal price and a direct link to cancel should you choose not to move to a month-to-month plan.

  • No Partial Refunds: Except as required by law (such as the Nevada 3-day window), we do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Your access will remain active until the end of your paid term.
  • Price Changes: If we ever change our subscription fees, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice via the email address on file.
